How to get a free evaluation of your FTX bankruptcy claim?

To obtain a free evaluation of your claim, simply send us an email including your UNIQUE customer claim code and the selected bankruptcy process.

Currently, there are three bankruptcy processes running in parallel: FTX US by Kroll, FTX Bahamas by PWC, and FTX Europe process.

You can locate your unique customer claim code in two places:

• 1) By logging into the portal claims.ftx.com. Look at the top right below your name and email address to find the unique customer claim code.
• 2) By searching for the email with the subject “FTX - Your Scheduled Claim Information and Unique Customer Code” sent by noreply.efiling@ra.kroll.com.

The unique customer code is NOT sensitive data and can be shared freely without risk. The list of creditors is not public, so personal details cannot be deduced from the code.

In 24 hours, you will receive an email with an offer, valid for 48 hours.

What's Next?

Once you accept the offer via email, we will send you a link to complete KYC and provide additional details.

• 1) Complete the KYC to verify your identity. We use Sum Sub, a leading KYC provider trusted by banks like Revolut and crypto exchanges like Binance.
• 2) Share a PDF copy of the 'Unique Customer Claim Code' email and the 'Electronic Proof of Claim' document.
• 3) Share a wallet address and preferred blockchain type for payment, or provide bank account details if preferred.

Our team will review your documents and send a standard contract for signing.

The contract reassigns the claim ownership to PAXTIBI LLP in exchange for a one-time payment.

The contract will be sent digitally using DocuSign, allowing you to sign from any device. A PDF copy will be emailed to you after signing.

After signing, we will wire the funds via your chosen payment method. For crypto, we will first send a test transaction to confirm wallet accuracy.

Note: For large claims, a video call via Zoom or Google Meet may be required to verify authenticity.

The last deadline to submit proof of claim was September 2024. If you missed this deadline, we can still purchase the claim for you.
