KYC, contract, and payout
After acceptance, KYC is completed through third-party tools such as Sumsub, then you receive a contract preview and final draft. For crypto payouts, we send a test transaction first; creditors who cannot receive distributions directly can also review our FTX payment processing option.
Security and privacy
The Unique Customer Code is not sensitive personal data. It is an identifier used by the bankruptcy estate and operators to locate a claim and its amount; it does not expose the creditor's name, surname, jurisdiction, KYC status, or other personal details.

What is the Unique Customer Code?
It is the FTX claim identifier assigned to your customer claim. It helps operators identify the claim record and balance without using your personal identity in public-facing communications.
Which data can someone access with my Unique Customer Code?
Only the claim balance can be reviewed through our tool. The code does not reveal your name, surname, jurisdiction, KYC status, email, documents, or any other sensitive information about the claim holder.
How do I find the Unique Customer Code?
