FTX Claims Advisory / Consulting

ftx-bankruptcy-claim

Paxtibi LLP has reviewed over 400 claims transactions, including but not limited to defective claims, claims that received objections, unsubmitted claims, faulty claims, claims with incorrect amounts, claims with crypto pending, claims with fiat pending, claims submitted to the wrong entity, and claims submitted multiple times but still incorrect.

As a result, we have built a strong knowledge base through hands-on experience.

We understand that the submission process was not straightforward, and there was no comprehensive guide provided to file claims correctly.

We are happy to assist you by providing in-depth reviews of your claims, as well as helping you amend incorrect submissions, such as if you received an objection.

What to send for an FTX claim review

The documents depend on the defect we are reviewing. You do not need to prepare a legal memo; send the claim record and the practical evidence that explains where the process broke down.

Disputed amount or wrong entity

Send the proof of claim, the FTX portal status, any objection notice, and the documents showing the correct account holder, entity, and claimed balance.

KYC pending or source-of-funds review

Send your ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds evidence such as utility bills, bank statements, employment contracts, or similar records requested in the Bahamas or Kroll process.

Forfeited or missed-deadline claim

Send the full email record and all exchanges with the bankruptcy administrator so we can check whether a deadline, notice, or required response was missed.

How the review process works

We review the documents, identify the defect, and check whether the issue requires an objection, a corrected submission, additional KYC evidence, or simply waiting for the next distribution step.

We normally respond within 5 working days with a written answer or a phone call.

Business model

The initial consultation is free. If a remedy action is needed, that work is quoted separately. If you prefer to sell the claim instead of fixing it, we can make a direct purchase offer.

Examples from actual FTX claim reviews

Objection received

We help locate the objection, identify exactly what was objected to, and determine whether the claimant must file a response or can wait for the next distribution event.

If you are dealing with an objection, read our complete guide on how to handle an FTX disputed claim.

Wrong entity or incorrect amount

We help prepare an objection or correction package with supporting documents so the claim can be put in front of the judge for review.

Long-running KYC problem

We help identify the right supporting documents and present the source-of-funds or identity record in a way the review team can understand and approve in time.
